SHIPPING POLICY:
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS priority 2-3 mail *This excludes shipping on weekends and holidays* Due to high order volumes around the holidays and the peak of wedding season we have implemented once a week shipping to prevent daily trips to the post office. Our shipping day is on Saturday of every week unless otherwise discussed. Please let us know if you have any further questions regarding this. Shipping costs are calculated by taking the average weight of our items. Shipping costs are primarily based on the weight and distance of an item. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED for any over payment of shipping if your item costs less than the average costs of shipping. We offer additional shipping options in our shop if interested. There is a total of 6 shipping options offered through the USPS. They are listed below for domestic and international shipping. Please message us if you have any questions regarding the information below. 1) USPS Priority Mail (Default Option) An expedited delivery service for a wide range of package types. 1-3 days 2) USPS Priority Mail Express The fastest option offered by USPS for a wide range of package types. 1-2 days 3) USPS First Class Package Services An inexpensive way to send light small packages and envelopes. 2-5 days 4) USPS Priority Mail International An expedited international delivery service for a wide range of package types. 6-10 days 5) USPS Priority Mail Express International The fastest international option offered by USPS for a wide range of package types. 3-5 days 6) USPS First Class International Package Service (Default Option) An inexpensive way to send light small packages and envelopes internationally. Ship time varies *INTERNATIONAL orders take 10-15 business days after items are shipped * We are not responsible for any customs fees if applied although we have as of yet heard from a customer being charged a customs fee. I only ship to the verified address provided. If an address change is needed please message me immediately. Tracking numbers are sent once an item ships. I will not be responsible for address changes, lost or stolen packages. If you feel uncomfortable having your package left in a mailbox or doorstep... an option is available for delivery signature confirmation - if so, please message me!
RETURN POLICY:
We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Please understand before finalizing your purchase that all items in my shop are custom made to your specifications, therefore there are NO returns, NO refunds & NO exchanges unless there is an error made by our designers.

How long after purchasing will it take to receive my order?
Please keep in mind that ALL items in our shop are CUSTOM MADE. Once an order is placed the materials needed for your order is purchased and sent to us from the manufacturer. Please note our turnaround times for each item below. Turnaround times are based on our current workload however, we do offer rush order options if an order is needed sooner. Please message us if you are interested in our rush options.
Custom Timberland Boots: 4-6 weeks
Custom Wedding Converse: 2-4 weeks
Custom Clothing: 1-2 weeks
Custom Children Sneakers: 2-3 weeks
What materials are used?
We use a mix of high quality bling australian crystals and special made accessories/ decors. All of our sneakers and boots are purchased directly from their manufacturer.
Will the crystals easily fall off?
All crystals and accessories are strongly attached with our special made adhesive that will NOT easily fall off. However, these are delicate items and should be handled with care.
Will the paint crack or peel?
We use top of the line flexible acrylic paint on all of our Timberland boots and other custom painted items. All items are sealed with a finisher after being painted and set to dry for over 24 hours before shipping out so the paint will NOT crack, or peel when worn.
Are your Timberland Boots Authentic Timberlands?
YES. We purchase all of our sneakers and boots directly from the manufacturer. Because we only purchase and sell authentic Timberland boots our prices reflect the retail price of Timberland boots and no discounts can be given from that price.
Will I get the exact design that is shown in the product image?
Your order will match 75% of the product image shown. ***FYI*** No order is "exactly" the same as it is pictured as these items are all handmade and customized by request. In case of limitation on appliques, jewelries, paint, and any other accessories of the original design used, we will replace with similar ones. The entire theme, coloring and style will not change. Special changes to a design are welcome.
